Süko GmbH takes responsibility for its employees, the environment and society. Our goal is to operate in harmony with people and nature.

We use resources effectively and try to waste as little as possible. As part of our environmental and energy management system, we regularly measure and evaluate the impact we have on the environment and work continuously to improve production processes, products, packaging and logistics. We make sensible use of renewable energies in our processes.

From 2022 on we aim to produce CO2-neutral. The amount of CO2, the emission of which is unavoidable despite all technical improvement measures, will be compensated by the purchase of certificates and recognised reforestation projects. We adhere to the maxim: avoid CO2 emissions, reduce CO2 emissions and only then compensate.

Through various campaigns, we promote and support the awareness of our employees for sustainable action and look forward to any suggestions for improvement on the way to greater sustainability. Numerous suggestions from our internal suggestion system have already been implemented. Our employees form the basis of our corporate culture and the most important building part for our success. Therefore, we try to create working conditions to the personal satisfaction of our employees and focus on flexible working hours, the compatibility of work and family as well as company health management.
